Oops. Looks like we went backwards over the last two months! Never mind, we can get back on track now that we know. I haven't done any exercise other than walking and a few stretches, shall have to try to make a habit of exercising at least once a week. It is difficult to do anything outdoors in winter, as it's dark very early, and the only way around that is to go to classes at the gym.
